"YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PRETEND ANYMORE, LET US HELP YOU"

OVERVIEW

  • Individual Counseling is offered for adults and youth co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Services include assessment/screenings and individual, group, and family sessions based on your identified needs. We can assist with various issues and aim to help identify and reduce symptoms related to addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, social issues, loss and grief, abuse, anger management, LGBTQ issues, and much more.

  • Treatment services predominantly take place in our clinic/outpatient office setting.

  1. You will complete an assessment to identify your specific needs and eligibility for services.

  2. Be assigned a counselor who will provide the support and guidance to determine ongoing treatment options that meets your schedule and needs.

  3. Individual Counseling typically begins with a 50-60 minute initial session in which we emphatically listen to the presenting problem(s) and understand why you are seeking help.

  4. Goals and solutions are then discussed to help resolve your presenting issue.

  5. Within Individual Counseling, your privacy and confidentiality are paramount to us.
