NEW CLIENT ADMISSIONS

ADMISSIONS STEPS

STEP 1: CALL US TODAY!

  • During the call, our Admissions Coordinators will listen to you, discover your presenting problems, and determine if we can meet your needs. We understand this was a big step, and our staff is here to help. We are ready to answer all your questions and help you find the proper treatment in the correct location.

STEP 2: COMPLETE A REFERRAL & ADMISSIONS CHECK

  • This step takes about 10-15 minutes. We will collect basic demographics such as your name, address, phone number, and email address. We will work with you to verify your insurance coverage and formulate a plan to get you into treatment as soon as you’re ready. While we’re on the phone, we access our professional insurance portal and work to maximize your available benefits. We understand the ins and outs of insurance, match your level of coverage with your level of need, and find a program that’s right for you.

Female Patient
  • At this point, the conversation will go more quickly if you have your insurance card/information on hand. If you don’t have your insurance information, don’t worry. We can work with you. With your name and the information you provide, we can immediately contact your insurance provider and begin the verification process. We have working relationships with most major insurance companies, but if you don’t have insurance, don’t panic – you can still get treatment. We have several payment options, including self-payment plans. We assess and accept self-payment methods on a patient-by-patient basis.

  • Once this information is collected, the Coordinator will schedule you for an on-site assessment and intake appointment. Please bring your driver’s license, insurance card, list of medications, and any past diagnosis or discharge documentation with you to your appointment.

STEP 3: ASSESSMENT & INTAKE

  • When you arrive, a staff member will be ready and waiting to meet you. The Intake Coordinator will complete the intake process and assistance filling out essential screening inventories to gather baseline data.

  • You will complete the in-person Comprehensive Assessment (Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol Assessment). This is a thorough screening administered by a licensed professional. This is our chance to learn more about you and your unique circumstances. A clinical staff member will confirm you’re at the appropriate level of care, psychologically and emotionally ready to receive the treatment that best meets your needs.

  • Once the assessment is completed, the Intake Coordinator will provide you with an orientation and a welcome packet and walk you through our policies and procedures, program and services expectations, and where you will receive treatment. Participants at all levels of care will receive specific details relevant to their level of care.

STEP 4: RECOVERY JOURNEY BEGINS!

  • Your admissions team will provide you with a level of care and treatment recommendations. In some cases, you’ll join a group or one-on-one counseling session right away. You can find comfort in the knowledge you’re surrounded by dedicated and compassionate professionals committed to one thing: Recovery is Possible!
