Using this website or submitting a contact form does not establish a therapist-client relationship. Clinical advice and counseling services are only provided after you have completed our formal intake process and signed an official clinical Informed Consent agreement.

 

2. Emergency Situations

This website and our contact forms are not monitored 24/7 and must not be used for mental health emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency or a severe mental health crisis, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. You can also reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

 

3. Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from FamilyCare Counseling Solutions regarding appointments and updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
