OVERVIEW

  • The Recovery Life Skills “AfterCare” Program is a level of care to help in early recovery and continue recovery therapies following successful completion of an Intensive Outpatient Program, which is on a part-time schedule, designed to accommodate your work and family life. 

  • The program is designed to support participants and help prevent relapse by learning how to navigate triggers and obstacles that often appear upon reintegration into daily living. The treatment team works on reintroducing life skills and providing a stable connection to the therapeutic community while returning to everyday living. 

  • Program Options include a minimum of 2 days of structured, trauma-informed, and evidence-based treatment and therapeutic care for adults who need help maintaining recovery with additional add-on treatment options. 

  • We utilize The Recovery Life Skills & Trauma Curriculum, an award-winning, evidence-based program created by the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, among other evidence-based resources.
