OVERVIEW

The Recovery Support “Continued Care” Program is a maintenance level of care to continue recovery therapies following successful completion of an AfterCare Program, which is on a part-time schedule, designed to accommodate your work and family life.

The program is designed to help prevent relapse and it offers peer driven support and maintenance care to assist those who are in long-term recovery.

Program Options include a minimum of 1 day of structured, trauma-informed, and evidence-based treatment and therapeutic support for adults who need help maintaining recovery with additional add-on treatment options.

We utilize The MORE Curriculum, an award-winning, evidence-based program created by the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, among other evidence-based resources.
