OVERVIEW

  • The Recovery Support “Continued Care” Program is a maintenance level of care to continue recovery therapies following successful completion of an AfterCare Program, which is on a part-time schedule, designed to accommodate your work and family life. 

  • The program is designed to help prevent relapse and it offers peer driven support and maintenance care to assist those who are in long-term recovery. 

  • Program Options include a minimum of 1 day of structured, trauma-informed, and evidence-based treatment and therapeutic support for adults who need help maintaining recovery with additional add-on treatment options.  

  • We utilize The MORE Curriculum, an award-winning, evidence-based program created by the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, among other evidence-based resources.
